Offal Dinner at Le Petit Cochon

With Jones Farm on Tuesday, June 23, chef Derek Ronspies is teaming up with Lopez Island’s Jones Family Farms to put on a five-course dinner celebrating the oft-neglected cuts of pork, beef, and lamb. The savory meal begins at 6:30pm at Le Petit Cochon, and is $95/person, plus tax & tip—an optional $30 pairing that includes wine and cocktails will be available, as well. The menu is below.
